01The service
The studio provides browser based music production tools: a step sequencer, piano roll, playlist, mixer, instruments, effects and a royalty free sample library.
The service follows the FL Studio workflow for beat making and music production. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Image-Line.
We may add, change or remove features as the studio evolves. We aim to keep projects accessible across releases and will give notice for changes that affect existing projects.
02Accounts
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; anyone who can sign in with it can reach your projects.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break usage limits, or use the studio for unlawful activity.
03Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change with notice before your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was not available to you for a material period.
04Your music
You own everything you create in the studio: beats, melodies, arrangements, recordings and mixes.
You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, stream and render your projects so the studio works.
You are responsible for clearing any samples or recordings you import that you did not create yourself.
05FL Cloud samples and plugins
The sample library is licensed for use in your own music productions, including commercial releases, while your plan is active. Exports made with licensed samples stay cleared after cancellation.
You may not resell, redistribute or offer the samples or plugin presets as standalone products or sample packs.
Lifetime Free Updates on the desktop editions described on this site apply to those editions and their plugin sets, not to third party products.
06Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass subscription checks, extract other users data or overload the rendering systems.
Do not upload content that infringes copyright or that is unlawful. We remove content when we receive a valid complaint.
Automation of the studio is limited to what the interface allows; bulk scraping or headless abuse of the sample library is not permitted.
07Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the studio online but the service is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Session queues, sample streaming and plugins depend on third party infrastructure; occasional downtime or maintenance can interrupt sessions.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost music projects or indirect damages, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
